• What happens if my office has a complaint about your cleaning?

    Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Our Office Manager will reach out to you periodically so that you can complete a client satisfaction survey. We request notification for any dissatisfaction you may have with our service within 24 hours. We ask for a 30 day period in which to remedy any complaint, after which a client can request to terminate a contract with 30 days’ notice.
